- Hold 6-8 inches from skin.
- Spray with a quick, continuous, side-to-side motion across areas to be tanned.
- Spray lightly and blend around feet, ankles, knees and elbows.
- Let dry before dressing.

- To ensure an even tan, blend with applicator mitt or hand.
- Wash hands immediately after use.
