Sunless, Inc. makes every effort to ensure you are pleased with your order. However, we understand there are times you may need to return or exchange an item. In the event that you require a replacement item, return, or exchange, please see the following:
Please notify us within seven calendar days of delivery of any products damaged in transit. Pictures of the damages, your order number, and the item number must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, we will quickly send a replacement.
Exchanges and Returns
If you ordered an incorrect item, unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. You will receive a refund for the cost of the product, less a 20% restocking fee. You can exchange unopened and unused product with another product of equal or lesser value within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. In the event that the returned product’s performance has been compromised, Sunless, Inc. reserves the right to deny the return.

In the unlikely event that products received are defective or an error occurred during processing, please notify us within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase at email@example.com and we will provide collection and replacement instructions.
